－ 根據(jù)創(chuàng)意簡報，創(chuàng)作和構思原創(chuàng)且實用的概念和藝術指導。Produce and craft original and usable concepts and art directions in response to creative briefs.

－ 以清晰、專業(yè)且具有說服力的方式在內部和外部進行宣傳工作。Pitch work internally and externally in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.

－ 與相關部門緊密合作，確保有效溝通并管理團隊期望。Work closely with relevant Departments to ensure effective communication and management of teams’ expectations.

－ 與客戶團隊緊密合作，深入了解客戶的品牌，并以最大化品牌傳播效果的方式管理項目。Work with Account Teams to understand the clients’ brands and manage projects in a way that will support maximum delivery of the brand.

－ 發(fā)展客戶關系，以支持創(chuàng)意工作的交付。Develop client relationships to support the delivery of the creative work.

職位要求 Requirements：

－ 在ATL領域擁有3年以上經(jīng)驗（有4A廣告公司經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先）。An accomplished Art Director with 3+ years of experience in ATL field (4A Agency experience is preferred).

－ 有3C、汽車、奢侈品牌行業(yè)經(jīng)驗。3C experience is strongly preferred. Also, experience with auto brands or luxury brands is a plus.

－ 對設計原則和創(chuàng)意概念化技能有扎實的理解。Solid understanding of design principles and creative conceptualization skills.

－ 良好的溝通和表達能力。Very good communication and presentation skills.

－ 思想開放、雄心勃勃、正直誠信。An open-mind, ambitious nature, and integrity.
