有創(chuàng)業(yè)精神，曾是im2.0的創(chuàng)始成員，執(zhí)行創(chuàng)意總監(jiān)/管理合伙人，和創(chuàng)始人Susan Wang一起，把名不見經(jīng)傳的本土公司，打造成蜚聲業(yè)界的著名公司，后被WPP收購，更名VML，前后歷經(jīng)近7年。
2017年2月至2020年7月，分別擔(dān)當(dāng)過180上海 首席創(chuàng)意官及資深副總裁，DDB中國區(qū)首席創(chuàng)意官。
完成過內(nèi)蒙古巴丹吉林沙漠110公里越野馬拉松，天目七尖50公里越野馬拉松，南非曼德拉全程馬拉松，雅典馬拉松，北京、上海等全程馬拉松。展開
