2010上海世博會(huì)英國(guó)館旨在推廣英國(guó)的文化,藝術(shù),體育,商業(yè)以及環(huán)保倡議,通過豆瓣的戰(zhàn)略引導(dǎo)網(wǎng)友共同對(duì)這些問題進(jìn)行討論,并參與其中的活動(dòng).

此前,英國(guó)館在豆瓣上的活動(dòng)有”我所愛的英倫-來自英國(guó)的書影音條目投票”和”靈感源自英倫”,前者顧名思義是中國(guó)粉絲為英國(guó)的電影,書籍以及音樂投票,后者是號(hào)召豆友根據(jù)英倫給他們帶來的靈感創(chuàng)作插畫,音樂或視頻作品,這個(gè)活動(dòng)還吸引到了Keane樂團(tuán)為其大力推薦.在活動(dòng)開展的前10周,迷你站就吸引了超過100萬的瀏覽量,超過18萬的獨(dú)立訪問者以及2萬多名粉絲.在”靈感源自英倫”的比賽中,收到了250多件優(yōu)秀的原創(chuàng)作品.

目前,迷你站正在推廣由英國(guó)主導(dǎo)的環(huán)保計(jì)劃,號(hào)召大家注意氣候變化,通過并提倡大家從身邊的小事做起,做個(gè)環(huán)保達(dá)人.

The UK Pavilion at Shanghai Expo 2010 promote British leadership in arts & culture, sports, business and environment initiatives. The Douban minisite campaign engages the Chinese online audience in discussing these topics and engaging in activities and competitions.

Recent campaigns promoted British arts & culture through user voting on British books, film, music and fashionas well as a competition focused on original user artworks inspired by the UK Pavilion with special introduction by British band Keane. In the first ten weeks, the minisite received over 1 million page views 180,000 unique visitors, 20,000+ fans and received over 250+ original art works.

Currently the minisite is promoting UK’s leadership in environment initiatives and promoting awareness of climate change, and inviting users to make their lives more environmentally friendly with daily tips and upload activities.
